The tar pits are the most valuable discovery of Ice Age fossils, with nearly 100 tons of bones that span more than 400 species from the prehistoric era. You won’t be able to get your hands on them due to the hot tar that’s constantly bubbling up, but missing out on a piece of history like this is surely something you’ll regret.

Hit up the boulevard and relive the old and current days of TV and film. There are more than 2,300 famous stars whose names have been embedded into the famous boulevard of Hollywood.
